Clifford comes from family of 12. His father divorced his mum while before his teens. He had to live with grannies as a consequence. When he rejoined his dad a few years before completing High School was he mistreated by step mum and consequently dropped out. He started a hawking business, got into bad company and became a Rasta, engaging in marijuana and drug abuse. While in this lifestyle he almost went schizo and went from witch doctor to witch doctor seeking for help but to no avail.
Then one day he heard an audible voice that God loved him. He responded by asking God to help him and come into his heart. Not long after he heard people singing passionately and deciding to check it out, He found it was a prayer meeting. He joined them and became a member of the fellowship. A year later he relocated to Nsombo, his mother’s village, on the Lake Bangweulu in Luwingu and joined Issachar Love Centre under Pastor West Chitundu. Pastor Kamalile Phiri from Lusaka watches over this new church plant in this rural village area.
When West was transferred to Mpulungu, Cliff has remained overseeing and shepherding the work. He is married to Musonda and they are expecting their first child in November having suffered a miscarriage last year.
