2019 January updates

Dear Live Connection Partners,
Greetings in the precious name of Jesus! As we stand at the gate of 2019, we are excited to follow God’s leading into this next chapter and look forward to sharing the journey with you.
Pastor Paul & a small Team are in Africa at the moment, finishing up a gruelling trip to Uganda, Zambia & Malawi. In Uganda they spent time with David Livingstone Zijjan checking on the progress of the Poultry and Sugarcane projects and also took the opportunity to meet with the Pastors for some Leadership training.
Here they were travelling in Zambia –
It doesn’t ever help to be in a hurry, and this picture gives a good idea of why it’s called ‘African time’ –
After the Leadership Training sessions, the pastors and their wives, were treated to a trip down the Zambezi.
The cruise was made even more special … as the pastors and their wives just erupted with spontaneous praise and worship for about an hour.
Hopefully we will have news of the Malawi visit for the February letter. Please pray for them as they travel home.
An urgent plea from the pastors in Zimbabwe:
Greetings in the might name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Much joy to write to you my dear friends. I believe God you are all safe in the hands of our mighty Saviour Jesus Christ.
Here in Zimbabwe, it wasn’t good at all, there was death in our nation, Satan was at work, but he is a liar. God is with us regardless of all the death, injuries, losses of properties and damages. Many people died last week, may you stand with is in prayers.
The church is doing well, except last week, we were not doing anything because of the stay away, Partnership are going up in shops, no money, no peace, no enough food. Honestly we need grace.
I don’t have much to say, but I need your prayers
Yours
Juliet Maguma
