2020 May Newsletter

Greetings in the precious name of Jesus.
In preparation for writing the monthly newsletter, it’s been so encouraging to read through letters that pastors have been sending in. Please enjoy reading the snippets below:
“Though we are still under Enhanced Community Quarantine, still restricted to have gatherings but it can’t stop you to serve the Lord. Here in Lorega we used messenger to reach out our brothers & sisters and in our church service. We’re able to bond & fellowship with the renters to the house that I am staying. I praise and thank God because this quarantine they can join us in our Sunday service, prayer every night, and bible study. That’s how God turned this situation we have now into a blessing.”…from The Philippines
“The gift you are sending to us is of great help .it is helping us to buy groceries and other things at home. I believe that God has sent you to us at the right time. We do appreciate the money in a way we can’t even express it but from the bottom of the heart the mouth speaketh may the Lord richly bless you”…from Zimbabwe
“WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT IS FROM HEBREWS 12:2 WHICH REMINDS US TO KEEP LOOKING FOWARD ON JESUS AND HAVE OUR HOPES IN HIM EVEN IF THINGS ARE NOT WELL; AND ALSO ISAIAH 54:17 WHICH SAYS NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER .”…from Zimbabwe
“We praise the name of the Lord that He has brought you into our lives so the ministry can be eased. The members of the churches here really struggle to find food to put on the table. Thankfully they still come and help us cultivate our maize fields during farming season. They also sometimes bring us some foodstuffs from their harvest, once in a year. The leaders in these churches are passionate for the gospel.”…from Zambia.
Live Connection is exactly that…a Live Connection both ways…from partner to pastor and from pastor to partner.
We are so grateful that in the midst of this challenging time, you, our wonderful partners have maintained support for the pastors both financially and prayerfully.
While we are not able to run any Mission Trips at this stage, we are doing preparation for when we can. This week we relocated two truck-loads of sporting kit to be sorted and repacked ready for distribution on future trips. We look forward to the time when we can again distribute them.
Blessings
