Dear Friends of Live Connection,

Ecclesiastes 3: 1 tells us:

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven.”

It’s always great when we are in a nice or fun ‘season’ but it’s also sad when a season comes to an end. Sadly, we are having to say farewell to Glenyce, one of our valued Team members.

This is from her:

“Since April 2013, I have been part of the Live Connection Team with my role focussed on organising Mission Trips, organising fund raising events and promoting the work of Live Connection wherever possible.

During this time I have been privileged to meet many of the inspirational pastors who are partnered with through Live Connection; have visited our pastors and Regional Leaders in The Philippines, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi and Uganda; and organised numerous mission trips.

I have been challenged and humbled by the faithful, passionate and selfless service of these truly inspirational men and women who live to serve our Mighty Father. I have also had the privilege of meeting many of the generous and faithful partners of Live Connection, hearing stories of others who give, often sacrificially, so that the Kingdom of God can be shared.

As this season now ends, I am grateful that God has allowed me this great privilege and honour of participating in His ministry. I pray God’s continued blessing and guidance in the future as we eagerly await Jesus’ return and leave this with you.

Ephesians 3:20-21 English Standard Version:

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever.

It has been an amazing journey, sharing the good and the challenging times and we wish you well in all your future endeavours.” You will be missed.
