Pastor Patrick Masiya was born on the 17 August 1976 in Dumba village near Nsanje, Malawi. He is the first born in the family of four. He married to Christiner and they have been blessed with 5 children, 4 boys and a girl. Pastor Patrick is of medium stature and is both a gentle and humble young man with huge zeal and determination.
Ministry
Patrick came to Christ in an evangelistic meeting in 1985. He was farming before his call into ministry. Coming from a poor and remote area so he didn’t attend any Bible College. He is a part of the House of Prayer ministry in Malawi under Manthando Fleza. There has been a big boost for ongoing training of pastors in the local Church. He pastors a church which was planted at the thriving village of Dumba during 2021 and it currently has 30 members. The closest town is Nsanje which is 180 km south of Blantyre city. They have a heart for winning lost souls to Christ Jesus.
Overview
Malawi is a small, densely populated land-locked country which is very poor.
Most of the people are subsistent farmers, but there is a thriving tourist industry
around Lake Malawi which is world renowned for its tropical freshwater fish.
