Philemon is married to Florence Odembo, and they have been blessed with 4 children.
Ministry My calling is in the Pastoral and teaching ministry. I served in this capacity in different organizations. In 2016, God called us to pioneer and plant a church but the Antioch Community Chapel, Kitengela, was only established in 2022.
Mission: To diligently raise a holistic community of Christian believers through consistent evangelism, purposeful discipleship and scriptural equipping that envisions transforming Kitengela and its environs. We want to be a leading Church in every area by equipping of the body of Christ, training members to become disciples.
Passion: I have a passion for soul-winning, discipleship and correct teaching of God’s word. I believe that all Christian disciples should be ardent followers of Jesus and not merely nominal Christians, empowered and equipped to be ministers or Christian workers. In this way we will be able to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ in preparation for his coming.
Prayer Requests: .-Pray for the establishment and expansion of this work. -for favour in our mission field – that God raises up a Team of Workers and volunteers to cover all areas of our ministry, evangelists, ushers worship leaders, instrumentalists, etc. Pray for ministry partners and supporters both local and without who will support our ministry, help us to meet our budget and facilitate the church growth. -Pray for school and College fees for all school levels as seen above. -Pray for land to build and establish the Church. Above all – to be focused and relevant in the community.
