Phillip Maniko was born in Chimphwembwe village in the town of Nsanje in Malawi and is 48 years of age. He is the sixth born in a family of eight. He is married to Sisiliya and the Lord has blessed them with eight children, a girl and 7 boys. He grew up in a Christian environment and was saved in 1997.
Ministry
Philip planted the church at Chimphwembwe village in Nsanje where he is the pastor. He is humble and gentle and has dedicated himself to serve his community. The church has 130 members so far, with different ministries for the children, youth and women. The church also has a planting project where they plant maize to help the community. They conduct their services in simple structure but are busy with fund raising for a new church building.
Vision
Philip’s vision is to reach unreachable people with the gospel and work hand in hand with different ministries. The church will do this through their home cells, so they can run outreaches into the community.
