Roy was born on 26th March 1960 and started school in 1967.
Ministry:
In 1986 he graduated from Theology College and became the Pastor of Gulijungan Church of Christ in Negros Occidental, where he also pioneered other churches.
Today he is the pastor of Community Church of Christ in Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Vision:
Is to see the Church grow, and to make disciples.
