Tenson Nyamasakha was born in Chikwawa in Malawi and is 57 years of age, the first born in a family of nine children. He is married to Martha and the Lord has blessed them with five children 4 girls and a boy. He grew up in a Christian environment. It was in 1988 when he got saved.

Ministry

Tenson planted the church at Balaka village in Nsanje where he is the pastor. He is humble and gentle and has dedicated himself to serve his community. The church has 150 members so far, with different ministries for the children, youth and women. Services are conducted in a small church building, but they have managed to build a new church which is up to roof height, awaiting roofing. The church also has a bean planting project to help the community.
